Plywood is a board made by cutting logs along the growth ring direction into large sheets of veneer, drying and gluing them, and then assembling and bonding them according to the principle of perpendicular wood grain direction between adjacent veneer layers. The number of layers on a single board is odd, usually ranging from three to thirteen layers. Common types include plywood, five plywood, nine plywood, and thirteen plywood (commonly known as three millimeter board, five millimeter board, nine millimeter board, and thirteen millimeter board in the market). The outer front panel is called the panel, the reverse panel is called the back panel, and the inner panel is called the core board.

Building plywood is mainly used in outdoor conditions, such as building exterior decoration and concrete formwork, and is mainly used in decoration projects such as ceilings, wall skirts, and floor lining boards.
